- Download and install PotPlayer or try the portable version.
- Load the corrupt file into PotPlayer , right click -> Video, -> Capture, -> Video Capture.
- Record and save your video.

.MOV is a very popular file format that is used by the QuickTime Media Player. MOV files are used in digital cameras where the pictures are stored on the memory card. This blog is informative enough. Will it fix damaged header MOV file? I search one application “Remo repair MOV tool and it fills in according to satisfaction.
