If you’ve got a collection of digital audio files (MP3, WMA, AAC, OGG, etc.), then there’s a good chance that you’ll want to edit some of them. Wave Editor was bundled exclusively with Nero software so it was a paid product. Nero released it recently as full freeware version available to anyone.
